MURDER IN LA-LA LAND is a collection of 12 short stories from Sisters in Crime members of the L.A. Chapter. Los Angeles is a wacky place by many people's standards, but just wait until you toss in the kookiness of some of these crime stories! MURDER IN LA-LA LAND is a treat for short story fans.

Story quality is a bit uneven, especially compared to previous anthologies by the Sisters in Crime, Los Angeles Chapter (this is the 5th). However, there are enough really good stories to make it a worthwhile purchase. My favorites include "Continental Tilt" by Paul D. Marks, "Hobo Joe" by Terri Nolan, "Blondes Have More Fun" by Jane DiLucchio, "Average Monster" by Gabriela Vasquez, and "This I Know" by Kathy Kingston.
