Are you in the mood for a holiday-themed caper? Try KILLER HOLIDAY by Amy Korman, the fourth book in the “Killer WASPS” series.
Kristin Clark, owner of an antiques shop in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania is trying to decorate for the holidays (and trying to lure potential customers into her shop by serving Blitzen’s Bourbons, a festive and potent drink created by her friend Bitsy McElvoy). Stirring up the holiday mix is a rogue Santa who has naughty things on his agenda – a shooting, a possible kidnap, and the theft of a suitcase full of gold.
This is the first book I have read in this series. It was a quick, fun read, perfect for squeezing into a busy schedule. I enjoyed the quirky characters and the breezy writing style of the author. I plan to add the other books in the series to my “to read” list.
Other titles in the series: KILLER WASPS, KILLER GETAWAY, and KILLER PUNCH.
