Murder! A woman is suspected of poisoning her husband, but it doesn't seem to concern anyone, as there is so much corruption taking place. Murder is a minor issue.
Incorporated in this book are numerous depictions, some funny, some scary, about genetic research. Gene therapy is a controversial subject, and if you have never really given it much thought, you will after reading this book!
The author, Michael Crichton hardly needs any introduction, his novels abound with intrigue and suspense.
