It's a dark and stormy night...

Colonel Mustard (Martin Mull), Miss Scarlet (Lesley Ann Waren), Mrs. Peacock (Eileen Brennan), Mrs. White (Madeline Kahn), Mr. Green (Michael McKean), and Professor Plum (Christopher Lloyd) have all been summoned to a mansion where they are greeted by the butler, Wadsworth (Tim Curry). They are soon joined by Mr. Boddy (Lee Ving). The lights go out and someone dies. The guests are charged with discovering who among them is the murderer before the police arrive. Before the murderer can be exposed, more deaths occur and the bodies begin to pile up.

CLUE is a silly but fun whodunit based on the familiar board game of the same name.

The video release contains all three endings. When originally shown in theaters, audiences saw only one of the three endings, depending where they were viewing the movie.
